GEM JIGSAW LIBRARY
Q. Is there a limit on how many puzzles I can borrow per month/quarter?
No, there is no quarterly limit.
Q. How many puzzles may I have at once?
You may take out three puzzles at a time, no matter the size or difficulty. You can order more after you have sent some back, as long as you have a maximum of three at any time. For instance, if you have finished and returned two out of the three you were sent, you may order two more.
Q. Do I have to pay postage?
The Library will account for the arrival of the puzzle(s), however you are required to pay for the return postage. Currently, a parcel weighing less than 2kg (enough to cover several puzzles) costs £3.10 by Royal Mail Parcelforce (second class).
Q. What types of puzzles are there?
There are three difficulties of puzzle: easy, medium, and hard. The puzzle will arrive in a little cloth bag with a label on stating the level of difficulty. In addition, the label will state the puzzle number, (often amusing) title, size in inches, number of pieces and whether it is interlocking or non-interlocking (see below).
Q. Is a picture of the completed puzzle provided?
No, there is not. This would spoil the enjoyment!
